Returns and Exchanges:
Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
Return in 5 easy steps
1. Send an email to info@cestlavie-newyork.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
2. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos or a short video.
3. We will review your request and reply with the next steps and the correct return address if a return is approved.
4. Send your order to the address provided.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Make sure the package has a tracking number.
- Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Exchange in 4 easy steps (for size problems)
1. Send an email to info@cestlavie-newyork.com with your order number and a short description of the size issue.
2. Attach clear photos or a short video of the size received.
3. We will review your request and reply with the next steps and the correct return address if a return is approved.
4. Send your order to the address provided.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange in 4 easy steps (for defective products)
1. Send an email to info@cestlavie-newyork.com and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the problem.
2. Our team will validate the product after receiving the photos/videos.
3. If validation is successful, our team will send you a replacement product free of charge.
4. Our customer service team will provide you with tracking information for the replacement shipment so you can track its status.
Please note: If you choose the replacement option, you are not eligible for a refund or another replacement.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Always contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within 1 hour after order placement. After this time, your order will already be in our system and scheduled for dispatch, preventing cancellation.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All claims for damages, missing packages, or delivery issues must be filed directly by the customer with the carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
